PURPOSE:To provide a method for cleaning electronic parts with reduced static charge and reduced metallic ion elution. CONSTITUTION:The electronic parts are held to a carrier and washed in water wherein the carrier is composed of (a) 30 to 68 pts.wt. of a thermoplastic resin, (b) 2 to 12 pts.wt. of an electro-conductive carbon black of 300ml/100g or higher oil absorption and (C) 30 to 70 pts.wt. of powdery metal and/or powdery inorganic filler and has more than 1.5 true specific gravity, and has metallic ion elution of less than 1,000ppb into water when it is soaked in 9-fold amount of water in weight, and the metallic ion concentration in the water used in the cleaning is lower than 100ppb. |
