PURPOSE:To obtain a non-flammable foamed heat-insulating material not destructing environment, useful for refrigerators, etc., and produced by mixing and foaming an organic polyisocyanate, a polyol, a catalyst, a foam-stabilizer, and foaming agent comprising a flammable foaming agent and a non-flammable foaming agent under stirring. CONSTITUTION:An organic polyisocyanate (e.g. diphenylmethane diisocyanate), a polyol (e.g. an aromatic amine polyetherpolyol), a catalyst, a foam stabilizer (e.g. a fluorocarbon surfactant), and a foaming agent comprising a flammable foaming agent (e.g. 1,1-difluoroethane) and a non-flammable foaming agent (e.g. 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane) in an amount of >=80wt.% based on the foaming agents are stirred, mixed, and foamed to provide the objective foamed heat- insulating material not causing the problem of the destruction of the ozonosphere, etc., and enabling that even the flammable foaming agent can be applied as a non-falmmable foaming agent by the addition of the non-flammable foaming agent. |
