摘要

PURPOSE:To provide a detection method of the enterotoxin-producing gene (ctx gene) produced by Vibriocholerae. CONSTITUTION:An oligonucleotide (arrangement number 1-4) which selectively hybridizes with ctx gene produced by Vibriocholerae is prepared. Ctx genes of Vibriocholerae which cause alimentary intoxication are selectively detected by the use of the oligonucleotide as a primer for the gene amplification.
