PURPOSE: To obtain a recording sheet capable of being used also for excellent copying, printing with respect to water resistance, optical density, and bleeding between colors by providing a coating mixture containing a latex binder, a desizing agent, a dry fixing agent, non-latex co-binder or the like on a base sheet. CONSTITUTION: The recording sheet adapted to both copying and printing is formed by providing a coating mixture containing a latex binder, a desizing agent, a dry fixing agent, and as needed, a pigment and a non-latex co-binder or the like on a base sheet. As the latex binder, for example, a poly(vinyl chloride) homopolymer, a vinyl chloride copolymer, a poly(vinyl acetate)homopolymer or the like is used. As the desizing agent, for example, a fatty acid ester modified compound of phosphate, a fatty acid ester modified compound of a sorbitan, a fatty acid ester modified compound of a glycerin or the like is used. |
