<p>PURPOSE:To provide an apparatus for manufacturing a paper cushion with improved productivity which apparatus can manufacture the paper cushion automatically without needing hands. CONSTITUTION:Water bond is applied to one surface of a first sheet-like cover blank 5a being transferred and a second cover blank 5b is overlaid on the water bond apply part side to be bonded thereto by a heat seal device 27 and then cut off by a cutter 36 for forming the bag-like cover opened at one side. While the opening of the cover is opened by an opening device 45, a plurality of cushion pieces are forced into the cover and then the opening edge of the cover is closed by a mouth heat sealing device 103.</p> |
