<p>PURPOSE:To provide a serumfree culture of adhesive animal cells capable of effectively stimulating the adhering and the growing of adhesive animal cells, especially vascular endotherial cell. CONSTITUTION:Cell culture carriers have, at least on a part of its surface, one or more kinds of high molecular compounds having adhering activity against cell. In the objective culture, adhesive animal cells are cultured in a serumfree culture medium containing the cell culture carriers and at least serum albumin.</p> |
