COMPOSITE RESIN COATED METAL PLATE AND PRODUCTION THEREOF

PURPOSE:To improve flavor properties by coating the single surface or both surfaces of a metal plate with a composite resin layer consisting of an upper layer composed of a specific polyester resin and a lower layer composed of a mixture prepared by mixing a polyester resin with a specific polycarbonate resin in a specific ratio. CONSTITUTION:A composite resin coated metal panel is constituted by laminating a lower layer composed of a resin prepared by blending a polyester resin with a polycarbonate resin in a wt. ratio of 0.1-1.5 on the single surface or both surfaces of a metal plate and laminating an upper layer composed of a polyester resin to the lower layer. The polyester resin of the upper layer is a polymer based on a repeated unit having a fundamental structure represented by formula I (wherein R1 is a 2-6 alkylene group and R2 is a 2-24C alkylene or arylene group) and the polycarbonate resin constituting the lower layer is a polymer based on a repeated unit having a fundamental structure represented by formula II (wherein R3 is a 2-10C aliphatic hydrocarbon group or a 6-18C aromatic hydrocarbon group).
