<p>PURPOSE: To extensively increase commissioning throughput at the time of lineup articles to be supplied at random by constituting a distribution device furnished with an aggregate of a buffer group in the middle of an inlet matrix and an outlet matrix. CONSTITUTION: An article group is collected by a carrier unit and supplied to a distribution device DXYZ. The dispenser DXYZ is an aggregate of a buffer group expressed by XYZ having capacity Z, and assuming that articles of the same type are constantly deposited in each of buffers P at an inlet SE, profiles on each of flat surfaces from the inlet SE to an outlet SA are the same, and each of the buffers P is not grouped. However, as soon as a type of the articles at the inlet SE is changed, the specific buffer groups are grouped, and they are fractionalized in different capacity. Thereafter, the article group to lineup in random is discharged from the outlet SA of the dispenser DXYZ. Consequently, it is possible to constantly actuate the dispenser with the maximum variety.</p> |
