PURPOSE:To vulcanize a tire under the optimum conditions not generating non-vulcanization or over-vulcanization at the time of the vulcanization treatment of the tire. CONSTITUTION:The vulcanization of a tire 48 to be vulcanized is started (steps 102-106) on the basis of the initialized conditions of the tire 48 to be vulcanized. Next, the temps. corresponding to the respective parts of the tire are measured (steps 108-112) and the most delay point is determined (steps 114, 116) from the temp. estimated by FEM analysis and the vulcanization degree of the most delay point and the vulcanization reactivity at every constitutional material are calculated (step 117) on the basis of the estimated temp. and the vulcanization time before the vulcanization reactivity reaches a predetermined value is estimated (step 118). The estimated vulcanization time is compared with a preset vulcanization time and a vulcanizer is subjected to feedback control (steps 120, 122) until reaching the estimated vulcanization time. The vulcanizer is stopped (step 124) when the tire is judged to be vulcanized in the optimum state at the point of time when the estimated vulcanization time is elapsed. |
