PURPOSE:To repeat the stepping and angle changing of an ultra-heavy article easily under the ground (including an opened ditch). CONSTITUTION:A device consists of pairs of shoe plates 5, 6 for stepping in the left and the right of an underside, a base frame 1, on which a plurality of jacks 12 for lifting are mounted and which has cylinders 9 for stepping, in which the front ends of each ram are installed to pieces 7 formed to each shoe plate for stepping, and an ultra-heavy article bearing swivel base 16 using the center of the frame as the center line of rotation. A large number of pin inserting holes 22 arrayed in the direction of the turning of the swivel base are formed to either one of the base frame or the swivel base, and a rotating cylinder 24 is set up rotatably to the other of either of the base frame or the swivel base while a replacing pin 27 is fitted to either of the piston rod 25 of a rotating cylinder 9 or a pin inserting hole 26. |
