PURPOSE:To improve the durability of the cushion rubber of the edge of a belt layer and further, improve the durability to the separation between belt layers. CONSTITUTION:Belt layers 4a-4d consisting of metallic cords 4 are provided between a curcus layer 2 and a tread 1, and cushion rubber 6 is inserted between the layers at both ends in width direction of two belt layers 4b and 4c. The cushion rubber 6 is constituted of a rubber composition where organic acid cobalt salt containing boron is mixed by 0.3-2 pts.wt. to 100 pts.wt. of material rubber.
