The exclusive graphic controller realizes the factors of hardware necessary for the desired graphic function in monitor into circuit. The controller comprises: a CPU (1), outputting data, address and write signal; a graphic register (2), sending flag_read, function_mode, plane_color, pixel_mask and plane_mask signals from CPU; graphic controller (3), transferring 32 bit register output, 4-plane (4) composed of 4 byte latch, performing graphic operation with CPU data and memory data; a memory block (5), tranceiving 8 bit data with 4-plane.
