RESIN MOLDED ARTICLE HAVING HIGH SHIELDING PERFORMANCE AND ITS PRODUCTION

PURPOSE:To obtain a resin molded article having high shielding performance to organic gas and liquid similar to conventional multilayer molded article by simply molding a resin mixture in the form of a single layer and easily reusable as a reclaim resin by pulverization or repelleting in contrast to a multilayer molded article and to provide a process for producing the molded article. CONSTITUTION:This resin molded article having high shielding performance is a sheet containing polyethylene in high density at the core part of the sheet and polyvinylidene fluoride in high density at both surface layers of the sheet. It can be produced by mixing 80wt.% of polyethylene with 20wt.% of polyvinylidene fluoride and extruding the mixture in the form of a sheet with a single-layer extruder at a molding temperature and a shearing rate, etc., to get a shear viscosity of the polyethylene to be higher than that of the polyvinylidene fluoride by >=0.5 poise.
