PURPOSE:To provide a method for manufacturing a surface processing die of a film and the like which obtains the film and the like having an uneven pattern on a surface to simultaneously satisfy surface gloss and slipperiness. CONSTITUTION:Metal spheres 22 mirror-processed on surfaces are pressed to a surface of a metal member 21 mirror-processed on a surface to form a recess part to become a surface processing pattern. The member 21 is, for example, a metal roll, a metal plate, a metal belt, etc. Mirror processing degree of the member 21 is 38 or less or preferably 0.5S or less of surface roughness. Mirror processing degree of the sphere 22 is 3S or less or preferably 0.5S or less of surface roughness. |
