FORMING AND STICKING APPARATUS FOR SEAL TAPE FOR WINDER

PURPOSE:To form a pull tab on a seal tape at the time of using the seal tape and also cut it into a predetermined length for sticking it on a taping belt. CONSTITUTION:A body 1 of rotation into which a seal tape S is continuously fed, an insertion plate 6 placed adjacently to the body 1 of rotation and a cutter 7 are provided. A tape pressing part 4 is provided on an outer periphery 2 of the body 1 of rotation. The tape pressing part 4 has an insertion groove 4a which can be freely opened/closed where the insertion plate 6 is to be inserted, to form a pull tab on the seal tape S. A cutting part 5 is formed oppositely to the tape pressing part 4 on the outer periphery 2 of the body 1 of rotation for cutting the seal tape S between the part 4 and the cutter 7. The cutting part 5 has a cut groove 8 into which the cutter 7 is to be inserted.
