<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate floating of a connecting part to inside and to obviate a wave shape on an inner periphery of a tube by lifting the part without manpower without necessity of folding and returning an end of a bandlike element to an original state when the inner periphery of the existing tube is covered with the element by a type for adhering the element. CONSTITUTION:A side edge of a body 2 of a bandlike element can be moved at an intermediate side edge 3 and a sidemost edge 4 by a hinge, and both ends of the body 2 are longitudinally provided with a third engaging part 20 and a fourth engaging part 21. A second engaging part 14 is provided at the edge 3, a first engaging part 13 is longitudinally provided at the edge 4, the edges 4, 3 are foiled in a Z state by bending at the hinge as a fulcrum, the ends are folded, the part 14 is engaged with the part 20, and the part 13 is engaged with the part 21 to be covered.</p> |
