PURPOSE:To obtain propolis powder without opacifying a solution when dissolved in ethyl alcohol and staining a container by removing a lipid contained in the propolis. CONSTITUTION:A lipid contained in propolis is removed with a supercritical gaseous carbon dioxide extractor, etc., to afford propolis powder soluble in a dilute solution of ethyl alcohol. The resultant propolis powder can be added to other ingredients to afford various sanitary processed foods. |
