PURPOSE:To provide the coreless roll which can be properly used by unwinding it up to winding of the innermost side, and its manufacturing method. CONSTITUTION:As for this roll, windings of at least several layers of the inside containing the winding of the innermost side are provided at a prescribed interval in the peripheral direction of the winding and stuck so that they can be peeled off mutually along lines being parallel mutually. As for its manufacturing method, a sheet P made of paper such as a toilet paper material or a paper towel material is wind-started around a winding center roller 26 whose cross section is like a gear. Also, this method consists of a process for pressing a pressure roller 28 against the winding center roller 26 through the wind-started sheet material, and a process for applying water or an adhesive agent dilution liquid to the surface of the pressure roller 28, and infiltrating water or the adhesive agent dilution liquid extending over the winding of at least several layers of the wind-start of the sheet P made of paper in the part in which water or the adhesive agent dilution liquid applied on the surface of the pressure roller 28 corresponds to the projecting part on the gear-like surface of the winding center roller 26. |
