<p>PURPOSE:To provide the measurement device having the light reception surface capable of effectively accepting the light propagated deep inside an object having important information while resolving the problems due to the wide light receiving surface. CONSTITUTION:A light receiving surface 60 is arranged apart from a light irradiation surface 50 in the radius direction of a circle around the surface 50. In this case, the light receiving surface 60 forms a shape having the width W in the radius direction and the length L in the tangent line crossed at the right angle with the radius direction. The width W is shorter than the length L. According to the light receiving surface 60, the light emitted from the object can be effectively accepted and the measurement sensitivity of the measurement device can be improved.</p> |
