The color stainless steel plate is manufactured by vacuum depositing a titanium dioxide (TiO2) film layer of 50-800 nm thickness on the surface of the stainless steel plate at the range of the room temperature and 500 deg.C for 0.5-15 min. The color stainless steel plate has various luminocities and saturations in accordance with the change of the thickness and the refractive index of the TiO2 film.
