A laser marking apparatus for marking the letter on the package surface of a semiconductor device is disclosed. The laser marking apparatus comprises a laser generater fixed on a preset position, a first inducing pipe fixedly connected to the laser generater with a right angle shape, a second inducing pipe connected to the first inducing pipe as a moveable state with a right angle shape against to the right angle shape, and a number of mirrors installed in a bending parts of the the first and second inducing pipes. Thus, the continuous marking work is complished by the laser marking apparatus.
