Known positive crankcase ventilation valves have an oil separator chamber in which the oil which has passed into the positive crankcase ventilation valve with the oil mist is separated out and is subsequently led back into the crankcase of the internal combustion engine by way of an oil return line. The disadvantage of this is that the oil return line can bend or even break off due to internal combustion engine vibrations. According to the invention this is prevented in that rings 13 provided with recesses 12 are fixed on the oil return line 7 and spring steel rods 11, which with their ends engage in the recesses 12, are clamped between the rings 13. At the same time, the length of the spring steel rods 11 is designed so that the said rods are bent so far upward that the spring steel rods bear on a connection aperture 5, which makes the connection between the positive crankcase ventilation valve 1 and the inside chamber 6 of the crankcase. <IMAGE>
