<p>A thiourea derivative represented by general formula (I) or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof, wherein R1 represents 3- to 7-membered amino or di(C¿1?-C6 alkyl)amino; and R?2¿ represents CSNHR3 or CO-A-NHCSNHR3, wherein R3 represents C¿1?-C6 alkyl, C3-C10 cycloalkyl, optionally substituted C6-C10 aryl or optionally substituted C7-C11 aralkyl, and A represents C1-C5 alkylene. This compound is excellent in gastric secretion inhibition, antiulcer activity and antibacterial activity against Helicobacter pylori, thus being useful as an antiulcer drug.</p> |
