<p>The present invention relates to oral compositions which comprise a functional biomolecule such as antibodies, antibody fragments, bacteriocins or bacteriophages and a surfactant. By using an amphoteric surfactant such as a fatty acidamidoalkylbetaine in the composition, an improved shelflife of the functional biomolecules in the compositions is obtained. The oral compositions are preferably in the form of a toothpaste or a mouth wash.</p> |
