The hanger is intended especially for goods sold in self-service shops, with a preferably rectangular aperture, particularly tools like socket spanner inserts and similar items. It consists of a substantially flat label holder (1) with an attachment (2) to be fitted in the aperture in the goods and a locking component (3) at least partly surrounding the attachment (2) and held on the attachment (2) before insertion in the aperture. The locking component (3) takes the form of two clamping strips (4) which are joined together by a separating web (5), taper towards the side away from the label holder (1), are spread on being pushed into the aperture by the attachment (2) and bear on the side surfaces (6) of the attachment (2). The clamping strips (8) and the side surfaces (6) of the attachment (2) are fitted with mutually engaging clips. |
