According to the invention, a liquid-impermeable, crack-bridging coating system is proposed, in which the laminated-in fibrous material has, at least on the underside, uniformly distributed adhesion surfaces, which make up 10 to 30% of the surface area. The adhesion surfaces are interrupted by a polymer which is applied to the fibrous material and cannot transmit any shearing forces destroying the laminated-in fibrous material.
