The game machine operated manually without electric power includes a pair of transparent rotating circles (9,10) on a rectangular game plate (1), an operational bar (3) connected with a spring (2), and an operational gear bar (4) where gears (4A,B) are linked to the gears (7A,B) of the circles. When releasing the operational bar after pulling out, the circles are rotated arbitrarily by the linked gears so that the base ball game printed on the circles is performed.
