PURPOSE: Technology is provided which can maintain the high numerical aperture while enlarging the storage capacitor capacity to maintain the approved voltage for liquid-crystal display signal approval. CONSTITUTION: The storage capacitor comprises the first storage electrode(100) and the second storage electrode(321) on the insulation board(1) and the gate insulation film between the first and second electrodes. The connection metal pattern(420) connected through the connection hole(C1) with the first storage electrode(100) and the layer insulation film in-between is extended to the top of the second storage electrode(321) and the second storage electrode and the connection metal pattern(420) with the layer insulation film in-between comprise other capacitor. Thus besides the storage capacitor between the first storage electrode(100) and the second storage electrode(321), another storage capacitor between the second storage capacitor and the connection metal pattern(420) enlarges the storage capacitor capacity without enlarging the storage electrode size.
