A process for the preparation of elastomeric, non-agglomerated, pulverulent/granular polypropylenes by polymerisation of propylene, optionally together with other olefins as comonomers, in liquid propylene followed by precipitation of the polypropylenes formed by means of CO2 or a polar solvent whose polar term "delta p" of the Hansen solubility parameter is greater than 5 and whose overall solubility parameter "delta" is less than 30.
