Novel arylamine-derived indole compounds, methods for preparing same, and therapeutical uses thereof. The compounds have general formula (I), wherein R1, is, in particular, an arylamine radical of formulae (a), (b), wherein R'1 is, in particular, a hydrogen atom, a straight or branched alkyl radical or a phenyl or benzyl radical; V is a hydrogen atom or a straight or branched alkyl radical; Z is C=0, SO2, or (CH2)n wherein n is from 1 to 5; and R2, R'2, R3, R4, R5 and R6, which are the same or different, are, in particular, a hydrogen atom or a straight or branched alkyl radical.
