PROCESS FOR PURIFYING 5'-SODIUM GUANYLATE

摘要

A solvent of methanol or ethanol is added to a solution of 5'-sodium guanylate of 8.4-8.6 pH, and concentration is 25-30 % when coming to 37-40 (v/v)% as concentration that can crystallize. After adding, a rise of concentration is stopped and again solution of guanylic acid is independently added to this. The guanosine 5'-monophosphate, disodium salt hydrate (I) is crystallized. The obtd. cpd. is useful as additives of foods.
