A gas flow metering arrangement comprises a fluidic device 11 controlled to switch the flow of gaseous fuel between an i.c. engine supply port 13 and a recirculation port 14. The pressure of the gaseous fuel is reduced prior to the fluidic device is mixed with air in a manifold 31 prior to engine 33.
