PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal processing circuit and system for transmitting and receiving data even when the connecting state of cables is shaped like a loop, and the master and slave relation of nodes can not be decided. SOLUTION: A loop flag to be set when the connecting state of cables is shaped like a loop, or a time-out flag to be set when the arbitration of the connection is not ended is monitored, and when those flags are set, a port p1 or p2 of a node 22 are set in a disable state so that bus reset can be operated by a loop decision circuit 221. Thus, even when the connecting state of the cables is shaped like a loop, this can be escaped, and the connecting relation of the cables can be decided. Thus, the transmission and reception of data can be attained.
