PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weather band/FM tuner that can receive both a meteorological broadcast and an FM broadcast. SOLUTION: Respective tuning frequency bands of an antenna tuning circuit 11 and an RF tuning circuit 13, an oscillation frequency band of a local oscillator 14, an intermediate frequency output bandwidth of an intermediate frequency amplifier stage, and an output level of an FM detector 19 can be selected for values suitable for an FM broadcast band and values suitable for a 160 MHz band. The reception frequency band is switched to an FM band or a weather band by operating an FM/weather band changeover switch.
