PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat radiating device which superior in economical efficiency, while being easy to manufacture. SOLUTION: A fin part 40 is fixed on a bottom board 10. The center part of the bottom board 10 is made swollen toward lower-surface side. A board material 13 is inserted and fixed to a recessed part 11 formed on the upper surface at the center part of the bottom board 10 following the swelling. Or an opening part is provided at the center part of the bottom board 10, and a board material thicker than the bottom board 10 is inserted and fixed to the opening part. A thick-wall part for jointing to an element is formed economically, without depending on cutting of a thick board.
