PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress and limit gap variations to only core size variations by forming windings around legs of a U-shaped core and placing an I-shaped core with a gap between open ends of the legs of this core. SOLUTION: Windings 9, 10 are formed around legs 7, 8 of a U-shaped core 6, an I-shaped core 11 having a laminate structure or made of a sintered magnetic material of ferrite, etc., is placed between open ends of the legs 7, 8 of this core 6, the core 6 is adhered to the I-shaped core through a gap spacer 13 made of paper, etc., with adhesives 14 so as to form a gap, the windings 9, 10 molded with a mold layer are mounted on the legs 7, 8 of the core 6, and an insulation case made of an insulator of synthetic resin, etc., holds the I-shaped core 11 and is incorporated in the open ends of the legs 7, 8.
