PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce stray capacitance generated in an inductor. SOLUTION: A coil 111 is arranged nearer on the chip center side nearer than to the chip center side periphery of a terminal electrode surface formed on a surface adjacent to a chip 11 end surface on which terminal electrodes 13a, 13b are formed. Lead-out conductors connecting the coil with the terminal electrodes 13a, 13b are formed by stretching the conductor pattern of a coil part end. Only the tip parts of the conductors are made to face the terminal electrode surfaces formed on the adjacent surface. The tips of the lead-out conductors are connected with the chip center side peripheral part of the terminal electrodes on the adjacent surface which part is nearest the coil end.
