PURPOSE:To know the operative state of the load via the lighting of the display unit and through just exchanging the using switch by distributing the switch in series to the thyristor plus the luminous display unit to the gate circuit. CONSTITUTION:AC thyristor 42 is connected in series to load 41 such as the electric lamp or the like, and then switch 43 is connected in series to thyristor 42. Resistance 44 and LED45 are connected in series to the gate of thyristor 42. With closure of switch 43, the gate current flows to thyristor 42 via resistance 44 and LED 45 to turn on thyristor 42 and then actuate load 41. In other words, display unit 45 such as LED or the like can be actuated via the gate current of thyristor 42. As a result, non-switching off can be prevented perviously, and furthermore the constitution can be applied easily to the existing switch circuit as well. |
