PREPARATION OF THERMOPLASTIC RESIN COMPOSITIONS

The grafted polymer is synthesized from 20-60 wt.% of mixed rubber latex consisted of 40-95 wt.% and 5-60 wt.% of latex that particle size is 0.2-0.35 μ and 0.06-0.15 μ, respectively and 20-60 wt.% of vinyl aromatic compound and 5-20 wt.% of vinyl cyan compound and below 5 wt.% of acrylate and 6-12 wt.% of α,β-unsaturated carboxyl acid and crosslinking and grafting agent and emulsifier for 3-4 hr at 60 deg.C, 5-15 wt.% of grafted polymer is added on 100 wt.% of ABS resin and the compsn. is prepd. by compounding this mixture. The gloss of compsn. is beyond 50 at angle of 45o and the compsn. has an impact strength and temp. of thermal deformation.
