PURPOSE: A method for preparing a non-direct ratio compound of powdery titanium and metal or nonferrous metals being used for heat-radiant coating a Braun tube and a device therefor are provided which are able to reduce the consumption of energy and provide the non-direct ratio compound having a high degree of purity. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises steps of: (i) a physical pulverization process; and (ii) a chemical non-direct ratio compound reaction process. In the device, (i) a non-direct ratio compound of titanium and metal or nonferrous metals is injected with distilled water and a ball mill(11) into the inside of a vacant chamber(4) of a pipe body(2), where an inner wall plate(2a) having high strength and being operated by a motor is installed, and is pulverized in the water by being rotated at 60-300 revolutions per minute; (ii) the pulverized materials are chemically reacted and collected into a collecting container(10) when they are discharged from a discharge pipe(8) having a spiral guide route(9) where an oxygen supplying pipe(8') is intervened; and (iii) the collected reacted materials are injected into a mixer to stabilize the reacted materials.
