HEATPROOF BOTTLE HAVING EXCELLENT HEATPROOF PROPERTY AND TRANSPARENCY

PURPOSE: A heatproof bottle is provided to keep the shape and the transparency as well as to arrest the discharge of environmental hormone even in case of a repeated boiling sterilization. CONSTITUTION: A copolyester resin is produced by melting and copolymerizing NDC(dimethyl-2.6-naphthalene decarboxylate) and DMT(dimethyl terephthalate) or TPA(terephthal acid) and EG(ethylene glycol). The content of the NDC is 85 to 99mol% and the content of the TPA is 1 to 15mol%. When the content of the NDC is less than 85mol%, a heatproof bottle doesn't have the heatproof property when being sterilized by more than 100°C. On the other hand, a homo polyester resin is produced by melting and copolymerizing the NDC and EG. A preform is made by injecting the copolyester resin and the homo polyester resin. The preform is reheated at 160 to 210°C and blown by 1 to 10kgf of blow pressure inside a blow mold to be the heatproof bottle with excellent heatproof property.
