PURPOSE:To reduce air pollution, improve energy saving effect, and curtail fuel consumption at using petroleum fuel for generating electric power. CONSTITUTION:The fuel oil or gasoline which is added with water solution of ammonia and ultrapin and calorie drop preventing substance such as alcohol, hexane, heptane, pentane, acetone, or peroxide, contactingly circulated onto catalyst such as radiating lime stone and magnetite so as to be activated by metal ion of trace constituent in the catalyst such as platinum group, palladium, gold, silver, copper, thorium, uranium, is burned so as to drive a generator 20. After generated combustion gas is dischargingly decomposed in a catalyst tank 24, the partial-pressure-regulated gas is decomposed by contacting with catalyst so as to remove free carbon, further the partial-pressure-regulated gas is thirdly decomposed by discharge current so as to denitrate, desulfrize, and decarbonize the gas, then the exhaust gas washed by amino acid calcium water of hardly vaporizing is released as clean exhaust gas, and steel plates of small iron loss due to voltage transformation is utilized for a transformer 21. |
