摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To perform charging of the battery of an electric automobile during parking by a method wherein it is detected whether the connected battery is brought into a state near an overcharged state, charge amount measurements are stored, a source switch is turned ON and OFF based on a memory content, and charge measurements are outputted. CONSTITUTION:When a charge cable 162a is connected to a vehicle, a control signal is outputted from a control part 167 based on detecting signals from a connection sensor 163 to detect connection and an overcharge sensor 164 to detect whether the connected battery is brought into an overcharged state. When a source switch 161 is turned OFF, the charge measurements of a charge meter 165 are stored at a memory part 166. When a separation detecting signal is inputted from the connection sensor 163 or an overcharge detecting signal is inputted from the overcharge sensor 164, the source switch is turned OFF. When a leaving-garage demand signal is inputted from the outside, a charge amount measurements stored at the memory part 166 is outputted to a management control device from an output part 168.</p>
