<p>PURPOSE: To attain a method to easily manufacture a self supported saddle coil with high deflection sensitivity. CONSTITUTION: A winding receiver 10 having a slot 14 for wire binding and chambers 16.o, 16.u for a winding head by inserting segments 12.1, 12.2 to a base body 11 having a cut-out in a half trumpet shape cut off at a plane passing a center line. Then, winding is performed by positioning a winding wire covered with a thermoplastic plastic material to a slot and chambers, and a winding nozzle that supplies the wire is positioned in a basically opposite area of the winding receiver 10 where the wire is arranged to the slot and inside the chambers. Then, the wire is heated up to a temperature higher than a softening temperature of a cover of the thermoplastic plastic material. Finally, a cooled and combined winding is removed from the winding receiver 10, and then take up a formed body used when winding by the winding receiver 10.</p> |
