PURPOSE: To efficiently manufacture a loud speaker, and to attain excellent acoustic characteristics by directly injection molding a hemming part on a corn. CONSTITUTION: A movable elastomer hemming part (supporting body) 2 is injection molded on an outer edge part 3 of a driving corn 1 so that an outside flange 5 can be included. The circular roll of the flange 5, that is, the part of a bellows 6 is the active part of the supporting part 2 and an inside flange 7, and the flange 7 is formed on the back face of the corn 1, and overlapped on an outer edge part 3. An outer end edge 8 is arranged so as to be adjacent to the bellow 6 so that the supporting body 2 can not have any inverse influence on the acoustic characteristics of the corn 1. The materials of the supporting body 2 are integrated so as to be adhered on the polypropylene corn 1 by heat and pressures in the injection molding process. Therefore, the corn 1 and the supporting body 2 can be more easily lined up in a line, and the connection can be more steadily attained than the case of manual assembly. |
