PURPOSE:To improve the safety of distribution line laying work and, at the same time, to make the maintenance of distribution lines easier by protecting the insulating arm of a manipulator for distribution line laying work. CONSTITUTION:Annular ribs 12 are put around an arm main body 13 and driving insulating levers 15 are successively connected to each other by means of a socket 19 which is loosely put on a driving shaft 20 with an angular drive in the main body 13. In addition, one end of a hydraulic hose 22 is connected to a coupling block 24 and the block 24 is connected to another coupling block 26 provided on a flange 28 which is an adjacent arm member through a guiding inserting section. One end of the main body 13 is coupled with the flange through a manifold 30.
