发明名称 ROTATING TRANSFORMER OF HIGH-SPEED SWITCHING POWER SUPPLY
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To enable the inner data and control to be collected in a noncontact manner by a method wherein a high speed switching power supply is made of the primary side coil to supply power to the secondary side rotating noncontact coil for assembling a circuit substrate. CONSTITUTION:A transmitting and receiving photosensor is buried in a shaft to lead a lead wire in the opposite side. Next, a high-frequency core having rotating magnetic flux in a specific direction is fixed to the shaft. Next, a rotating core is wound up with the secondary coil to lead wire in the same direction as that of the photo sensor through the shaft. Next, a high-frequency core for fixing is notched in the magnetic flux winding direction to fix the primary side air-core coil to be centered on the secondary side coil. Furthermore, both switching power supply circuit and a substrate of an optical communications circuit are fitted to the inside of a case through the shaft. Through these procedures, the noncontact power transmission from low speed to high speed rotating equipment as well as the noncontact inner data collection or control can be made feasible.</p>
