PURPOSE: A preparation method of bio mineral water containing hydroxyl group for preventing aging and promoting physiology is provided to prevent damage from disease and harmful insects without spraying agricultural chemicals. CONSTITUTION: The bio mineral water is produced by the steps of : (i) collecting crude ore for obtaining bio mineral water and pulverizing the ore into more than 100 mesh ; (ii) melting the pulverized ore in 10ppm or less of spring water in a ratio of 1: 10 and stirring for more than 10hr ; (iii) settling the ore solution for a day and passing the solution through a 5A filter before aging in a cold and dark area for 1week ; (iv) dissolving iron sulfide slowly and stabilizing to lower the temperature ; (v) adding a stabilized manganese and a magnesium solution to the iron sulfide solution in a ratio of 1: 2: 10 in order and cooling the mixture ; and then (vi) stirring the ore solution with the mixture in a ratio of 100:1 and aging in the cold and dark area. The mineral water contains more than 300ppm iron, 30ppm manganese and 60ppm magnesium and more than 50ppm calcium, 25ppm phosphorus, 200ppm gallium, 20ppm sodium, 2ppm zinc, 0.5ppm copper, 1ppm cobalt, 0.3ppm nickel, 0.7ppm molybdenum, 3ppm lithium and Vanadium, 1ppm tungsten, 0.01ppm Titanium, 100ppm Barium, 0.5ppm rubidium and 1300ppm Aluminum from the crude ore.
