PROCESS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF MOLDED PARTS AND FILLINGS OF RIGID AND FLEXIBLE POLYURETHANE FOAMS Molded parts and fillings of rigid and flexible polyurethane foams and rigid polyurethane foams with isocyanurate structures are made from a polyol and isocyanate in the presence of an activator, water, a blowing agent and optionally other additives. Imperfections in the foam are avoided by raising the amount of activator with time during the production of the reaction mixture in such a way that the friability time occurs simultaneously throughout the contents of the mold.
