PURPOSE:To provide a direct processing device capable of making two kinds of plates varying in sizes. CONSTITUTION:This direct processing device is provided with a skid selecting switch 22 which outputs skid selection information, a means 24 for changing over the positioning of a machine plate which changes over the operation of the positioning means of a plotting section 12 according to this skid selection information, a means 26 for changing over and setting the conditions for scanning the machine plate which changes over the setting of main scanning or sub-scanning of a laser beam according to the skid selection information and a means 30 for changing over the transporting direction of the machine plate which changes over the transporting direction of the plate in such a manner that punching and bending of the plate are executed according to the skid selection information. The positioning of the plate and image recording are, therefore, executed meeting the size of the plate in the plotting section 12 according to the skid selection information. The plate for a vertical two-page plate is subjected to punching and bending treatments in a section 20 for punching and bending the machine plate but the plate for a one-page plate is passed therethrough as it is and is treated in a separately installed section 132 for punching and bending the machine plate. |
